Boon Hotel + Spa - Adults Only Guerneville, Guerneville

My stay at Boon was mixed. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice, but I struggled with the noise from other guests, which ruined my relaxation. Additionally, the construction of the rooms felt a bit too minimal for the price I paid.

I had a delightful stay at Boon Hotel, which felt like a serene retreat just outside downtown. The atmosphere was relaxing, complemented by lovely amenities like the pool and hot tub. The breakfasts delivered to our room were a lovely touch, though noise can be an issue at night. Overall, it was a great place for a weekend getaway, despite a couple of minor hiccups.

Although we had to cancel our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding and quick with the refund process. Their customer service during these challenging times truly stood out. I appreciate how they managed our cancellation without any hassle and look forward to visiting once things return to normal. On the other hand, my stay on a previous visit was spoiled by noise from other guests which led to a sleepless night, despite the property being lovely and having great amenities.
